Pipitea is a non-profit parent-kaiako cooperative. Being a cooperative is fundamental to how we operate – we are more than a childcare centre, we are a community.
As a cooperative, Pipitea is therefore heavily reliant on whānau to contribute to the success of our centre. This means that there are several minimum expectations to be met. At the same time, whānau can expect to become part of a tight-knit and supportive community in return.
